Once treated, surfaces become “self-cleaning” and continuously combat viruses, bacteria, and mold (MRSA, C. Diff., contagious viruses etc.). Additionally and equally important, NCS complete coverage application provides the benefit of a great reduction in Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) which leads to a marked and measurable improvement in indoor air quality.

NCS Primer
Our special formulated Any Light Responsive (ALR) technology manipulates multiple wavelengths of light into the perfect power plant for UV-PCO TiO2 re activity. (386.7nm) The NCS Primer incorporates thousands of microscopic prism like elements that collectively form a back drop that will refract (increase) the low spectrum UV-C, UV-B and lower UV-A band gap of energy up to the 380nm range and simultaneously reduce (lower) the upper band gap of energy available in white light (visible light) down into the 380nm range.

The NCS Primer ALR technological breakthrough guarantees a significantly more active and stable Indoor Air Quality (IEQ) solution and superior self cleaning properties when used inside by reducing the required light intensity to as low as 12 foot candle power.

NCS Top Coat
Photo reactive nano surface coating that is 2.98% by volume. This is as close to the maximum allowable 3% by volume particle rating dictated by the US-EPA.

Complete oxidation is the key to the NCS products success!

The Titanium Dioxide treatment system creates a photocatalytic oxidation effect that will continually combat against any and all viruses, bacteria, mold, or mildew. The NCS application establishes an “active protection” surface status, meaning once treated; surfaces are actively working to maintain a hygienic microbe-free status. This is a tremendous advantage over conventional “passive protection” systems where conventional hospital cleaning chemicals are employed that have an immediate kill with no long term cleaning or disinfecting properties. Also, passive protection methodologies allow surfaces to become re-contaminated shortly after treatment.

Almost all Chinese, Korean and Japanese UV-PCO products are doped with one or more of the following Ag nano silver (silver ion), acid, alcohol, iron, copper, hydrogen and/or other inorganic materials in a futile effort to bend the light spectrum back into the usable. There are countless problems with doping such as a doped product is not considered "GREEN" and the risk of incomplete oxidation exponentially increases the chances for hazardous side effects such as the production of T-VOC's, Semi VOC like formaldehyde, benzene and carbon monoxide.

The NCS products are not doped, we naturally enhances the power, performance, yield and bond of our technology through an engineered series of smaller more powerful titanium dioxide anatase particle only made possible by our proprietary "WET" milling processing to precisely shape our raw material into three (3) uniquely shaped interlocking nano clusters all with particle sizes <5nm (0.005 microns). This allows our product to queue up smoothly on any surface providing advanced performance unmatched by any possible competitive product.
